2025 Cummins what will the engines and drivetrains look like

Genuine Mopar Shock Absorbers by Marelli

I have a 2015 3500 CC 2WD 6 Spd, and this code just showed up. The scanner says it’s “Redundant Pressure Too High “. What does it relate to? The truck has about 215,000 on it.

Reductant Pressure Too High deals with the DEF injection system.

Do you have an OBDII scanner to see what the pressure is?

I would start by cleaning the DEF injector nozzle and clearing the code. If it comes back you may have to replace the DEF pump and/or injector.

Beware of breaking bolts that hold the injector! Had that issue and pulled the SCR to re-tap to 1/4-28 and installed with copper anti-seize. Yes, warm water and a brass brush did the trick with mine! Good luck with repair.

Just warm water works great.

The warm water trick works on the injector itself, but some use it clean the SCR from any major build up. They stick the nozzle from that steam machine where the DEF injector was and give it some squirts of steam to break it up. Heard it works wonders and it will just pass through the exhaust.

Unless you wash it out, the DEF just crystalizes in another spot. It needs to be removed from the inlet to the SCR CAT if it is built up. I can't recall anyone that had one built up that bad that it needed to be cleaned, but I suppose it doesn't hurt anything. Usually it is just the injector that needs cleaning.

Does anyone happen to know what size the DEF injector bolts are?
I need to clean my injector but the bolt heads have rotted completely off. Not sure how I will get the bolts out yet but I want to buy stainless steel bolts to put back in. I'm guessing maybe a 5 mm bolt? Not sure on length or pitch.
