Code P2146 And Edge /att

Hi Guys,

Have had a little issue with my truck 2006 4x4 laramie ,seems to be stumbleing now and again ,it has a edge /attitude ,travelling along and it will just shut down a couple of cylinders and come up with the p2146 code,than seconds latter it will be fine ,From searching the posts i see that this can be caused by the edge ,anyone had theres replaced and been trouble free since ?

Do a search on p2146 and p2149 codes

Several of us that have the Juice Attitude have experienced p2146 and p2149codes which I believe is an injector harness voltage error. Check your injector harness plugs. I pulled mine apart and reseated them.

My truck will still throw them on a rare occassion usually when the truck is not up to operating temps and I'm a little heavy on the throttle.

Clear them with a code reader or a Smarty and you should be fine.

Had the codes

I had the same code, p2146 and p2149. Took the Edge out and the codes were cleared in the computer in minutes. Called Edge (great customer service) and explained the problem to them. I had an older version of the Juice and wanted to "Turbo Timer", so they told me this would be $50 for the turbo timer and send the old unit to them. I did this and they sent a new unit to me for the cost of the turbo timer upgrade. Have not had any problems since the new unit was installed. I did not have any problems after removing the Juice either confirming the Juice was the problem. I would remove your Juice unit and call Edge.
