Code scanner

What company is a good sourse for a code scanner I could download into a laptop. I saw a link here once but cant find it again. Is anyone out there useing a laptop and not a handheld? If someone could put up a link that would be great

This is the one I am going to check on today. Need to find out if they have new Cummins advanced codes and monitoring.

I'm looking at that also. I'm not sure, by the wording on their site if they have the Cummins stuff yet or not. It would be nice if someone out there who has used the Alex Pepper software and this to put in their two cents here
