My friends 2000 dodge,auto,4x4,has 31000 miles on it,he has an engine light coming on intermitently,and when you cycle the switch it brings up a code is was----P Done----anybody know what this is,he has a va box and exhaust mods.

I just ran this on mine with no check engine light on, and it gave the same code P done. Anyone with a manual, shed some light.

I just checked my 2000 factory manual and it doesn't mention it. Interestingly enough, I checked mine this morning and it also read P-Done.

I think it means no codes stored--maybe one of the experts can confirm. #ad

Right,P-done means no codes are stored.
I have no idea why your buddies truck has an intermittent engine light,but no code.
