Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Codes 252. & Po251?

Truck died going down the road and wont start back. Anyone experienced these codes? Getting fuel to the pump but none from the pump to the injectors. The P0251 code says fuel valve delivery circuit. Do you think that the pump is bad?

No fuel from pump to injectors? Hate to say it but it sounds like the inj pump took a dive.

Its a brand new pump. Not even a month old. Tapped into pump by stealth plate from BD Power. I heard that it could be low voltage maybe.
