So - I have a CEL on my 2007 Dodge (6.7, 3500). The codes come up:

P0102 MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR "A" CIRCUIT LOW

P2141 EGR AIRFLOW THROTTLE CONTROL CIRCUIT LOW

Cleaned the MAF sensor (filthy). Can't delete codes with scanner. Truck runs OK, no smoke, good acceleration, but mileage seems a little off - usually about 19-22 mpg, now down to about 17, although not a good test. Truck seems to have been getting poor mileage for awhile - even prior to codes showing up. Cleaned EGR valve. Did the required EGR and EGR cooler clean at recommended miles. No codes then. With the scanner the MAF reading is constant (about 55.7 lb/sec) regardless of throttle input. Cleaned EGR again (sort of), was also sooty.

So - turns out my 2012 has the same MAF sensor, so I switched them. With the scanner on "live" the 2007 (faulty truck) shows constant airflow regardless of throttle position. The 2012 shows all OK with either sensor. Now I'm really stumped. Wires look OK.

EGR is stock - truck has about 90,000 miles.
