I have a '99 2500 quad cab ctd and a '01 quad cab 2500 ctd. Both sitting in my shop, I noticed a difference in ride height. After measuring from the top control arm to the top of the stop on the '99, I had a measurement of 4. 750". Doing the same on the '01 I came up with a measurement of barely 4". I then measured the distance between the coil windings and found a significant difference between the two with the '99 having a larger gap. Now both suspensions are 8800lb... . Can anyone tell me what the difference between the two front suspension coils are and what coil i need to make the '01 the same as the '99. I realize the solution is to get the same coil and replace but the problem is, when looking at DC's parts list, there are like 6 different coils for both truck. HELP!!... ... ... .

Thanks in advance,

Dan

Have some one run the vin on the truck that has the springs you want and use the code to order.
