Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Coil Wire Color for Fuel Pump Hold Relay

I'm trying to make sense out of the wiring diagrams in the manual. If I'm not mistaken, the color of the wire that energizes the hold relay coil is green w/ black strip. Am I right or wrong?
