Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) cold air intake

I am interested in a cold air intake system for my 2nd generation truck. The one that I am looking at is siod by psmbuick (performance system manufacturing ltd). Has anyone had any experience with this unit? They have indicated that I should experience a 2 lb. increase in boost and a drop of about 50 degree drop in exhaust temp. Is this a accurate statement? With a mechanical waste gate how will my boost increase?

i gained maybe 1 1. 5 pounds boost with my afe dont realy know about the exhaust temp though i realy didnt pay much attention to that as egt is not a problem for my truck

My usual recommendation is to stay away from oiled filter elements if you can. The ICEBOX intake systems uses dry Nanofiber air filters.
