Cold Start issue & warm start issue

On my 92 it just turned 200K



Its been haveing a cold start issue for awhile now .



But now its a issue . I was at the bank the otherday made a few stops prior and it started fine ,last stop no fire . So she went home on the hook .



I replaced the lift pump and fuel filter bled every thing out it fired up fine

then i run it come home shut off start it back imediatly its fine , it sits for

10 to 15 minutes and cranks a long time before it fires .



NOTE : a few years ago the injector pump loosened up some how , of corse i noticed it while driveing it as it started lopeing .



Help a,, my other vehilcles are down !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You might be getting air in somewhere. It would have to be a pretty big leak to get air in that fast though.

It's possible you got a bad lift pump.

Maybe it's worth blowing back into the tank to make sure it's clear.

If you pressurize the tank with a couple of psi you'll easily find any leak.

Warm its not too bad basicly starts normal , i replaced the fuel syloid on the pump that helped , I do have a broke Air charge temp sensor how much diffrence does that make ? right now i got a jumper wire running to it

If i could find some one whom rebuilds pumps cheap id have a 366 spring installed and the new updates

Check the inlet fitting on that new lift pump. If you over tighten the fitting. It will crack the housing.
