During the cold days <35F, my 02 will have a very slight stumble during accelleration. It doesn't matter if the truck is warmed up or not. It is only noticeable in 6th gear and only happens over 20 psi of boost on the turbo. VP 44 was new in spring, fuel pressure stays good thanks to FASS. Power Service anti gel onboard. If I floor it, it goes fine.

Truck has an Edge EZ with the boost elbow. Should I pull the Module out during the cold weather and/or disconnect the boost elbow during the winter since the problem only occurs during the extra boost? Is this not really a problem?

The only reason I worry is that since I bought the truck new in 8/02, I am on my 3rd VP44 with <75xxx miles and I don't want to put a new one in any time soon.

Thanks in advance,

Dan Knoch
