Not a big deal to some of you, I’m sure, but we’re not used to this here in TN.

Minus-3 is still cold anywhere! My wife said when she woke up (7:00AM) it was -10 (she always gets up before me and starts the coffee) at home in Oswego. Right now, it is-6 and the wind chill it is -33(8:55AM).

Stay warm and have a MERRY Christmas.

Back in my Air force days i was stationed at Mc coy in Orlando , left there one sunny january it was 70 degrees 8 hrs later landed at Goose bay labrador -65 degrees that was a fun trip

Living in Wyoming for the past 20 years, I've seen more than my fair share of cold. Thankfully, the worst of it is over for me. -31° was the actual temp yesterday morning. I'm not sure what the exact wind chill was, but there were several news reports in my area showing close to -60°!!! I truly feel bad for everyone who live in areas that rarely get down to freezing since this cold snap is pretty extreme. Times like these are when its important to have good neighbors.

Lived in the Midwest for many years and recall many of those subzero days with high temps well below zero, talked to my cousin a few hours ago, he said that they warmed up today to a high of -5, the day before the high temp was -12, he did say today they had steady wind 25-30 MPH with gust over 60 MPH but did not know what the wind chill was as he was to busy reloading and here I thought the 19 degrees with 5 mph wind was cold o_O
