Divots in DC Lawn at Hell

Talked to Larry Macomber at J. Colone dealership on Monday. He told me that DC told the dealership that they (J. Colone) have to buy the trucks used on the off road course.
Bummer. If this is true, the dealer has to shell out $$$ to fix the trucks and then sell them. Colone DC has already spent $$$ and mega man hours to put on a fantastic event, and I for one, feel a little guilty about them getting forced to take the thrashed vehicles too. Just my nickels worth.

Waaaaaa ha ha ha ha ha ha! No offense to your post, but I need to work on my sense of humor. So guys, am I getting better yet? #ad

It sounds to me like somebody who organized this thing miscalculated badly on what the results of banging around offroad for the day would do!

Seems to me that next time (if it happens), there's going to be better rules set.

At the request of the editor of the TDR this and all threads (of a negative nature) pertaining to the off-road event in Chelsea are being closed. The editor has not received any complaints or negative thoughts toward any of the TDR members that were at the event from the organizers or hosts (including John Colone whom he had dinner with after the event). The TDR and GLTDR will work together with Dodge Marketing and John Colone DC in a professional manner to handle any issues which may arise (although none have thus far). This website is here to benefit the members of the TDR to enjoy our trucks and further discussion of this topic will be of no benefit as no one here knows the full story. This entire situation began because of a post of mine that was an attempt at a humorous portrayal of the events that day. That was a mistake and I will not make it again. People are being criticized because of my words and not mine nor anyone else's actions on that day. I apologize once again for any misunderstandings that my post may have caused. It also has been requested by the editor that noone start a new thread discussing this situation. This will be the last correspondence from me regarding this issue - it is time to just let it die.
