anyone had any experiance with color matched rino lining? i have a inferno red 06 and was thinking of getting the rockers done. any one have any thoughts on that?

The colors do fade or change with time. We did some trucks for Ameritech in white and they changed in a few weeks to greenish tan. The UV coating does not help for long.

I don't have any personal experience with any of the sprayed in bed linings but my grandson owned a Red Dodge Ram 4x4 a couple years ago. He had done exactly what you described, sprayed-on lining on the lower one foot or so below the door trim strips. Being a youngster with a high salary he trades trucks every year or so and didn't keep that one long either but when I saw it the truck and spray-on lining looked good.

I just recently had rhino sprayed in my bed and just short of a year it has faded big time. Based upon on the fading I would stick with black. Note: There are some products out there that you can use on the rhino lining to keep it looking good which again I think would help on black but not with red.

Make sure you take some pics when it's done. I'm thinking I'd like to do this to my truck as well, but when I tried to get my PermaTech guy to do it, he refused!?? I might try a Line-X dealer.
