$2. 15 across the street in South Denver... $2. 19 elsewhere. Your best bet is truck stops and Cheyenne isn't too far away if have aux. tanks. It's bad all over the US... especially WA.

It should settle in a few weeks at the truck stops for sure. The local Conoco's will continue to rip off people even as the price per barrel goes down.

In the Denver area I have been seeing 2. 15 to 2. 29. I travel to the sw part of the state (Durango & Cortez) frequently and until the last six months or so diesel down there has always been 20 or so cents higher than the Denver area. But the last six months or so it has been about the same price if not a few cents less. I was always told it was more expensive down there due to increased transport costs and if true then the Denver area stations are ripping us.

I bought fuel two days ago at City Market In Montrose CO. $2. 17 a gallon, $2. 14 with my discount card. Further south in Ridgway you start to get the gouge, $2. 32 :rolleyes:

About $2. 17 to $2. 45 here in the Springs area. It amazes me the differences in prices between stations. I think I'm going to have to buy me a commuter car soon :{ :-{}

BHolm,

See that you have 71 Buick GS455 in your signature. I have one two just waiting till I could afford to do a frame off restoration. Their great cars and not very common...
