I have a 2012 CC LB 4x4 and am looking at adding these two items:

  1. Transfer Flow 60 gallon replacement tank
  2. B&W Turnover Ball gooseneck/companion 5th wheel hitch

I'm guessing the hitch hardware would be aft of the tank, but wanted to be sure there wasn't an overlap. Can both of these be installed on the same vehicle without one interfering with the other? Should I install one before the other or does it matter?

Thanks.

I have a B&W and should not be a problem..... there is lots of space between the ball and the back of the truck bed... .

Here are a bit more specifics on my concern. I read in the online installation instructions (step 4) the B&W has a cross member in front of the rear tires. I also know the replacement tank extends back towards the axle quite a ways, but I don't know the dimensions or clearances. I wanted to make sure there would be sufficient clearance between them and that the installation of the one would not prevent the installation of the other.

Thanks.

I have an Aero 60 gal replacement and the Pullrite super 5th that has 4 pins to go to brackets that are on top of the frame. there is sufficient room on my system. . because of hoses and brake cable on the inside of the frame. the only thing is the clearance of the driveshaft. .
