Come On Guys, Help, Common Rail Conversion

I cant believe that I am the only one here that has ever done a common rail to 2nd gen conversion. I get my motor in a week, its a 06 and my truck is a 98 12v. I am concerned with the turbo clearance on the CR since its sits so far back. Will the engine ecm have an output for tps to control my trans?Are the 3rd gen motor mounts the same? Will the CR run ok on 100% bio-diesel? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can't Help You On Most Of Your Questions, But The Common Rail Engines Can And Do Have Problems On More Than 5% Bio. There Are Some Out There Running Upto 50% Bio With Minor Problems. I Seems That The Bio Gets Stringy Under The High Pressures Of The Common Rail.
