I'm gonna be installing a Commander tomorrow w/ the Fuel press kit. I have the instructions for the Rail Press wire tap, but the intructions only have tapping the green wire of the Xillaraider's harness. I'll be using the Commander as a stand alone gauge for a while. Can I not read Rail Press without a box? If I can, what do I tap? Thanks!

You'll want to tap the middle wire. It's the only three wire harness on the rail.

Are you buying AK's Commander? If so, tell him his truck is a slow turd. :-laf

OK- Got it, "Brian, your truck is a Slow Turd" (only prob is, I've seen it run, and it was the fastest truck at AK Raceway that night!) Yeah, I can't wait til we can meet up to get my hands on it. I have the pillar mount sitting in my garage, just waiting. Oo. :D

now will the boost gauge work with an aftermarket turbo and boost fooler

Sure. Your taking the boost reading from the MAP sensor regaurdless of what turbo you're running. However, if your running a turbo that puts out more than approx. 45 psi, the MAP sensor will not read it that high... so I'm being told.

Let me know how the pillar mount goes. I have one on the way myself.

Where'd you get the pillar mount? The dash mount is ok so far... but when it get's hot next summer (119 degrees last summer) the double-stick tape will go south and I don't want holes in my dash... TIA...
