Max Brake trailer brake controller?

Brake controller installation

Platinum? Never heard of it. Is that a model name within a brand? If none of us have heard of it I am automatically skeptical of it.

So Mr. Grizz,

Is that slant load or straight? How much tack area is needed. Does he want mangers? Is he going to have box dividers? Is it to be a 7 or 8 wide?

Is he hauling TBs or WBs ?

Go to Heartland RV it is an Edge M-21 Platinum sells for $20614. 00. Maybe Harvey knows something about Heartland RV's but I have never heard of them. Kind of a wild looking trailer. I think that they make then from 16ft to 25ft.

Heartland is the maker of the following 5th wheels plus other RV's;

Bighorn

North Trail

Big Country

Landmark

Cyclone

All are rated 2. 5 stars. Here's what JD Gallant of RV Consumer Group has to say about Heartland RV Manufactures;

I've seen Heartland brands here and there but have never been enthusiastic enough to climb under and over like I do with many brands. They seem to take pride that they use techniques that other manufacturers don't use. But many manufacturers also build using good construction techniques like laminated sidewalls with aluminum framing and fiberglass skin. (Heartland uses wood framing on some of its lower lines. ) I like Heartland's ideas about building a solid floor and they probably try to put together a good roof. (It's all there in the glossy brochures. ) Still, I haven't been to the factory, and with consumer complaints outnumbering praises, I'm just going to have to wait for a trip to see them being built before I wag my tongue too much. For now, if the price satisfies you and you can live with the gamble, jump in and let me know how you make out.

Platinum Coach specializes in Living quarters horse trailers, Made in Texas. I am going to hall our blacksmithed iron to art shows with it. I have been using Alpenlite truck campers for the last 15 years, wore out 3 of them. A new GOOD quality truck camper costs lots of $$. I decided because I am about 1/3 of the year on the road I should get something built that can take the stress. Not the cheapest rout to go but I think it is the smartest financially Platinum Coach home page

good choice, you'll like it and it's a buyers market, I've been trying to sell my living quarters horse trailer for a couple of months and no one has any money

So What is the trailer you are trying to sell, I have not signed my name on the build sheet as of today

I have been buying 12 to 15 horse trailers a month. What are you looking for?

I also have been buying 45 to 48' race care trailers with LQs... ... ... ... .

I need a all aluminum GN with 28' flat floor. 12'LQ 16' cargo area. 8'wide 7'6" tall. It must be one of the tougher built trailers. I am looking Platinum, Hart, 4 Star, Bloomer in that order. The Featherlight-Exiss-Sooner Bison do not interest me. I have not seen any of the race trailers that do not use the "hat channel" and popped thin aluminum siding. This method of construction I consider grossly inferior
