Got the Comp box installed yesterday and what a differance! :D Now I need some advice of how to set it up and use it. Whats the best setting to leave it on for normal driving, towing, and the best one for blowin' some smoke? The one thing I didnt do was tap the fuel wire, cause I'm still running a stock trans. Any advice?

Thanks, Don

Since you didn't tap the fuel wire you are essentially running an EZ. You probably aren't going to have the blowin' smoke setting without the pump wire tap. Even with the tap my brother's 99 in my sig didn't blow that much smoke, well that was until the injectors were put in and the comp really came alive.

I have a tapped box, and didn't see a wole lot of smoke until I got my injectors a couple weeks ago.

I too have a stock trans, with the line pressure turned up. I run it on 2,2 for daily driving. Haven't towed yet.

Set it up at:

1x1

2x2

3x3

4x4

5x5

That way as you easily move thru the main levels, you are changing the sublevels. I run mine on 3x3 that way. If I want a little play time I punch the main level to 5 and I have sub level 5 in effect.

Dumb question, how do you turn the line pressure up?

There is a pressure adjustment on the valvebody, but it will require throttle valve adjustment also higher pressure will cause it to shift sooner without throttle valve adj.
