Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) COMP OR CatCHer

With whats in my signature I am making great power and 40lbs of boost,once i'm in third gear. My 02 runs good once it gets past the factory defueling in the ECM in 1st and 2nd. For the money should I go for a Comp or catcher to solve this?I want efficiency and power. I know the comp is definitely the power king but what about mileage on the lower settings?Has anybody tried a RAD from BD?The factory fueling parameters leave alot to be desired especially on my automatic truck. I just am running out of money and i'm real close I just need some icing.
