Comp sub-level question

I've tried doing a search and had no luck so maybe one of you can help me.

I'm trying to find the info on the sub-levels of the comp. I remember seeing somewhere that on sub-level 1 a certain % of fueling occured when a certain psi. of boost was made. Does anyone have this info for the sub-levels on hand?

The sub levels control the amount of smoke or responsiveness 5x1, 5 being the most power 1 being the less responsive Comp will wait to start pouring in the fuel until you build boost where 5x5 is all the power and fuel instantly providing a dark cloud of black smoke when you stand on accelerator pedal.
