I just purchased Rancho RS9000 shocks from

I asked for the shipment to be sent two day airmail as I needed the shocks for an upcoming trip. After checking UPS tracking to see when it would be delivered, I discovered someone got their hands crossed and set it out regular mail. When I notified the company the president wrote back and gave me free shipping and sent another set of shocks out express shipping at their cost so I would receive them on time. I highly recommend dealing with this company due to their excellent customer service and they also had the best price.
Sorry for the long post, but I think its important to let other members know when a company goes above and beyond the call of duty. Oo.
