The thing I always hate about these tests is that they never get all the test vehicles equipped the same. Seems like they usually have a manual transmission being compared against an automatic. Or if they have the same transmissions, then they have different gear ratios or something that makes it hard to really compare them.



Was glad to see that the Cummins kicked butt in the modified test runs!

INTERESTING to note that in the modified test, the Dodge was ahead of the GM at the half mile by 10 mph, and at the mile by about 15 mph - but only 3 seconds faster to the top - either some figures are incorrect or the Dodge driver took a coffee break to let the competition catch up...
