Compass No Signal

I have the Uconnect 5.0 and it has a button for the compass in the upper right hand corner of the radio. It has previously worked. I do not use it regularly. I did however go to use it this past weekend and the display reads no signal. Any one have this issue or any suggestions?

I think that may be part of the problem. I took the truck in for a oil change and they did a update to the radio and the truck. Last known time it was working was prior to that.

they really need to pay more attention to the software, they seem to fix one bug and create 3 others

the last update was supposed to make it remember if the ventilated seats were on or not when you get back in the truck. If I have them on, they are always on high. Now when I get back in it turns the vent seat on but on low, so now I have to push the button two times instead of one, what a great improvement.
