compass problems

I have a 2015 with the bigger U Connect touch screen. My compass is not displaying the proper direction. I have tried the circles for calibration with no luck. Does anyone that has had compass problems have any suggestions on things to try.

It is set for your region? Owners manual should tell you how to set it to your region. That will help accuracy. At least the older trucks had this adjustment.

AFIK only the NAV 8.4's display direction on the 8.4. Is your NAV working correctly in terms of direction?
