Shot in the dark...

Have you tried both sets of 'shift' and 'ctrl' keys on your keyboard?



Perhaps the set you are trying got dirty, etc... . and now those keys no longer work. I know... it's a shot in the dark.



You might want to do a 'Windows Update' to see if you're all patched and ready to rock. This can't hurt no matter what.

Might also be good to do a full virus scan but before you do, make sure your definitions are up to date.

He's right... I've had spyware and viruses do some scary things to my computers over the years.
