Computers? what is first Year used?

Looking for a CTD 4x4. For personal reasons I do not want a computer running the engine.

I want just a good old pump.



WHat is the last year Dodge made the CTD with a regular pump?

The early 98's had the were 12v and had a P7100 mechanical pump, then in mid year production they switched to the 24v.
