1.) Can be re use as long as no defects are found? Replacing O rings as they are seapage trace.
2.)if any is there proper procedure to clean out internals of tubes?
Cummins is the one OEM stateside with no schooling, certs or training on. I'm going off Euro, Japan, Detroit's, CATs so common sense is there just making sure and want to go by the books. I have torque specs and calibrated torque wrenches and yes the grid heater and intake will come off for accurate torque and re assembly. Just dealing with 17 year old engine up seals Truck pulls 14-15k sweet for only 305hp rated, no smoke and great towing mpgs hand calculate! Thanks everyone
 
Replace, no way to clean or verify they are good without destroying them. Aside from the constant exposure to pressure spikes, there are edge filters in the tips that will deform and plug over time.
