I have been thinking about adding a 2" leveling kit from jackit.com:

but I have been concerned about wear and effect of my current steering and suspension feel. I have also read with great concern the issues associated with bump steer and the death wobble. I have researched this on this website and have gotten lots of info but none that clearly answers the following questions:

"Will my truck have the same reliability, longevity and performance with a good 2" leveling kit that it would compared to stock and is it safe??"

I would also like to understand the effects on wear, tires, suspension and steering when you choose to not center the front axle with a DT tracbar after the 2" level kit has been installed. Are there any other compnents that should be changed when leveling the truck out?

Thanks

Phil

Although it may be a concern I dont think you will notice much other than the steering wheel being off a little. If you want to find out how much it will shift jack the frame in the front 2 inches and measure. ever truck will be a little different due to difference in springs and alignments. .
