Considering Bilstein Front Shocks - have ??

Looking at changing my front shocks out to Bilstein's and wondered a few things.



1) Will it improve the ride on the highway? (vacation coming up, 3000+ miles with pregnant wife... )



2) Will i need to have the truck realigned? ($100 here in STL)

Had Bilsteins installed as part of the Kore system. Very noticable improvement, but can't say what the shocks alone would do.

i just ordered a set of four from orw (tdr discount) when they get here and i install them i will let you know i looked at rancho's monroe's but then considered bilsteins by all the guys comments on here plus if kore offes them for our trucks and uses them they have got to better than what the factory puts on.

Can't wait to hear back. I'm guessing you bought only the shocks and not the whole Kore outfit. New baby on way - Can't $$$ right now.

correct just the shocks eventually the leveling kit from kore is all i really want i can't afford the race package?
