constant 12v at 4 flat ?

i have constant 12v, low amps at the 4 flat also the 7 prong only on the left turn signal prong only. when i plug my camper in the led's left turn signal is dimley lit all the time. turn signals l&r,brake lites all work but key in or key out left turn signals still lit dimley. any ideas???
