While milking 22mpg out of my rig this weekend I pondered making a Cruise that takes uses the EGT as a set-point (not much different than constant throttle).
My question comes around the TPS. Can this be accomplished by piggybacking onto the TPS and adjusting the Signal V based on thermocouple output? Or am I over simplifying things? For example If jumper the reference 5V to the Signal will the engine rev out of control?
