converter leakdown

I don't know if this has been discussed before , if not I hope it helps someone . If you go to start out with your truck cold (first trip of the day) and you start it in park run it as you do then put it in reverse or drive and it seems sluggish then this may help you . I have been building and modifying automatics for over thirty years . Most transmissions have some degree of converter leak down , this is normal , most transmissions will not fill the converter while in park , so put it in neutral and warm it up however long you normally do then see if that helps you.
