Is there any practicle way of converting all the fusable links and fuses on these trucks to circuit breakers?

I'm tired of dealing with fuses and fusable links!

Oh, Gary, you know how these youngsters are today- they want it all NOW, and get jumpy when someone yells BOOO!!! from the dark (which I cant wait to do to him:) ). But on my one serious note for the day, I would just install inline fuses, or if you cant stand that look , put in an auxillary fuse box under the hood and re-route stuff that way.

GAWD, CB, you've REALLY been padding your post o****, aintcha?

Post boosting? Me? Never!

I'm just in the process of some seriouse planning for my truck.

So there's no way to set up a circuit breaker panel?

Buy a circuit breaker panel and install it. You will have a hot wire of a heavy guage like #10 or so to the panel from the battery. Run you'r accessories off of this, or any other circuits for that matter.

So I can get a panel and then get breakers for whatever the fuse was?

Does anyone know where I can find conversions of fusible link gauge to what size breaker I need?

Basically, what fusable link wires burn at according to gauge.
