Converting from a column shift to a console shift

Ordered the parts today to convert my column shift to a console shift and when I get home will get it installed along with a new set of tires.

Couldn't have been cheap.....................and why?

Never have liked column shifts manual or automatic and the console has a large bin where the console shift goes. The parts were less then $500 and people on here spend much more then that all the time. I spent more on gauges, filter systems and differential covers on the last truck.

Makes for a nice clean install. My wifes truck has the console shift and I am forever trying to get used to it. Whatever revs your scooter man!

Wouldn't mind a console shift, but I have the ST trim with the transfer case floor shift and no console.

I am tired of the bucket in the console and the column shifter covers the transfer case control.

Have been home long enough to get the conversion done today I like it much better than the column shift. Works much better than the rocker switch ever did and have fewer over revs using the console shift compared to the column shift rocker switch. I am sure that towing the 5th wheel will be much better than the rocker switch was. I don't have an obstructed view of the transfer case control now either. I had the dealer do the work and they saw the potential to sell it as an option.
