Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Converting to 241 HD?????

I know this has been discussed - but I have a 241 LD and want to swap to the HD.....



1. Where is the best place to get one?

2. Practical info on what has to be done - I remember a thread on this but I can't find it... ...

Unless your truck pulling, I don't really see the need for it. I did a search online and found mine. Had less than $600 in mine, of course it had a really bad leak that I had to repair.
