what is the easiest/cheapest/best way and what is needed to convert manuel windows and locks to power?

You will need the hard parts from the SLT truck (i. e. the motors) and also the complete wiring harness. Its a pita to replace the harness but it plugs right in and makes every thing factory. PM me for a parts list...

I've also seen aftermarket kits at places like JCWhitney, etc... I've never heard of anyone talk of them. They're pretty cheap if I remember correctly, but I don't know how well they work. I would just go to a junkyard and get some parts out of the SLT like MrDiesel said. Just my $. 02

yeah i was thinking go to a junkyard and get the whole door and just paint it if need be. mr. diesel im sending a pm
