Firing up a pot of Chili, recipe calls for the big T. Not being a fan of Mexican Vodka, I buy a little bottle, dump it in.

The worm.



Leave the worm in, or take him out? I can hear it now, cook the worm, drink the booze!

I have never made two parts of Chili alike. I tried to follow this neat recipe, but I started substituting on the third ingrediant.



For instance, it called for 3 tablespoons of chili powder, I was out, so I substituted 3 tablespoons of red pepper. I think it worked out nicely.



This one is great, got that slow burn... . that keeps on! Scratch that Tequila next time, I believe Kentucky Bourbon would be better.

I always make my chilli with a can of beer. It really adds a unique taste. I'll have to try teq or burbon sometime...
