Coolant hose change

Changing all radiator and heater hoses. There is a blue hose about 1 1/2" X 3" below the exhaust manifold. Is it coolant hose. Is it made of silicone? '03 HO

Yes, that is a coolant hose. I believe it is a silicone hose, and the kit from Cummins comes with 2 constant tension clamps. The worm drive clamps loosen up over time. I don't have the part number handy.

You might want to check out the silicone hose kits from http://www.mrbobsdistributing.com/dodge.htm They come with everything you need

I put one of Mr Bobs hose kits on my 2007. Pricey but VERY sturdy built.
