Archived Coolant leak ? ?

I have a coolant leak can't find. Fan blows all over. Can see a dribble trail small coming from top of block front at seam where head meets block. Its been about 100K since last torgued head bolts. Could it be that simple ?

If head gasket will it take a while to cause a serious problem. It has been like this and gradually getting worse for at least 2 weeks. Replaced thermostat (first time for it) when shop told me that was the source of problem. Got a lot better not cured. I run about 2500 miles per week.

try a coolant system pressure tester. it hooks on the radiator and pressurises the system if you do it cold you should be able to find leak without truck running.
