So there is coolant on the master cylinder and the cowl seal and connection assembly just to the left of the master cyl (passenger side - facing the truck) This is basically directly above the intake cover...



No apparent leaking at idle. I'm thinking head gasket... (too much boost?)



Give the studs a torque?



Stay out of the throttle for a while to see if it actually is something else?

got it warm on the way home, and didn't build boost over 15psi... not a drop.







Will a retorque do anything at this point?
 
OR, or, or... it could be the damn thermostat housing leaking and getting picked up by the fan. :rolleyes:





Which it sure seems to be, especially after r&r and getting it nice and hot and beating on it a bit :-laf with no further signs of leakage...
 
Could be the upper radiator hose also. I would look around, pressurize the cooling system and check for leaks. With coolant on the master cyl I'd look for a leak towards the front of the truck, being blown back.
