Coolant???

I'm going to change my coolant and I remember something about a certain type of coolant should not be used in our trucks. I don't recall what should/shouldn't be used, CRS I guess. Can anybody help with this info. TIA

Do a search on antifreze,you'll find everything you need to know. I don't know wich one not to use.

I used the Fleetguard Compleat 50/50 pre-mix I got at Cummins West. Something like $7/gallon I think I paid last year...

Thanks for the response RAMTHIS1 and TOMGORDON. It looks like you need the stuff that's silicate free and if it has a Cummins 90t8-4 rating thats even better.

OK... Now, can someone tell me how to remove ALL of the factory green stuff in order to put in the premix? I dont want to mix the factory stuff in the block, etc. with newly added premix... ... . plus it would make one ugly color!!
