Cooling system flush

What is the best way to flush/backflush my engine and cooling system to remove all antifreeze and clean system? Switching from pink peak fleet charge to regular green prestone, not the low silicate. I used the fleet guard restore and ran truck with heater on high for about an hour on high idle. I flushed everything except for the block. What would be the best way to do this?
 
Several fill, run and flush cycles with pure water until drain is clear.
Then use concentrate to fill to compensate for the water that you can't drain from the block itself.
That's what I always did in this situation.

So would you say about a gallon of concentrate?
