had three sets of them...

... and in general they are a pretty good tire. only got about 12k miles out of a set of them because of the agressive tread design. i had 33x12. 5x16. 5. they are quite noisy on the road, and i did have a side wall split on one of them... but it was already close to bald and needing replacement anyhow. only other flats was because of a drywall screw and and nail. plugged them and they held well. i have also hauled heavy loads with them too, as long as you go easy and they don't get real hot. not trying to sell them here, but they are a OK tire... i am sure there is better at a lot higher price.

Although I haven't had the STT tires, I currently have the S/T's on the Dodge. I have BFG MT?TA's on the Ford. Both sets of tires are wearing well and quiet.

I've run Cooper Discoverer LT since the 97 was new. Good, lasts pretty well (around 035K down to wear bars), quiet, work well in snow, rain, dry, dirt, rocks, and the kind of mud we get around here.
