I am in Coos Bay Oregon for the summer and I want to know if anybody has a line on a shop for some work I need done. Regular maint. and some exhaust work.

Carl, I dont know of any in Coos Bay area but Rip Rook of sourceautomotive in Milwaukee, Oregon (suburbs of Portland) can hook you up. It would be worth the drive.

as much as my truck is powered by Rip & Robert, from sourceautomotive, if I were needing help in Oreguns bay area. Tom & Gig's is the place I'd go to in Coos Bay, I've heard good things about them. That said, it might be worth the 3. 5 hr. drive to Rip's for a "fair shake" JMHO

Some folks I know from Florance said they did great work on their truck trany. Got them out of a real jam, and corrected a problem created by a shop in Eugene.
