Well I won a set of brake pads at May Madness. I remember reading an article a while back in TDR about them. I searched on DTR with no response. I searched on TDR and found 2 responses, one positive and one negative. I have 45,000 miles on my stock brakes and will change them to these soon. I was just curious if anyone else has ran them? I figure they were free give'em a shot. Anyone got anything to say?

Kat--I'd contact member Sam Peterson and ask him--he's our brake guru and will give you the low down---he also sells pads, shoes, etc for our trucks---chris

Kat, I wrote them up several issues ago. They worked very well in normal service. They gave moderate pedal effort, straight-line stopping, etc. . In extreme abuse, like going down a mountain with a trailer and no trailer brakes, they don't take the extreme heat as well as Performance Friction pads. But then, we shouldn't do that, should we :(
