Air tool quality question

Sniff...It's Beautiful...

I have a set for about 35 or 40 years. they are equal to or better than snap on and much better then mac, which are both good tools.

No missing teeth from them.

I have a set of combination wrenches that run from 7/8" to 1 5/8", and 3/4" drive sockets from 1" to 2 5/8" I bought them from an oldtimer when I first started as a truck mechanic in 1974. They were old then. I have done just about everything imaginable to them and they still are as good as new. The finish isn't as good as Snap-on or Mac, but the chrome hasn't flaked or worn off either.

I like them

I've always had good luck with cornwell tools when I worked as a mechanic and I think they are one of the best bang for the buck but unfourtantly I cannot find a dealer up here in my home town. That is the only drawback I can see to them is there smaller dealer network.

Same here. I buy Cornwell for the quality and convenience . The 3/8 air wrench will work rings around my CP. For me, the CP brand had turned to a pile of trash. The sockets are good, wobbles are good quality, I even bought a creeper cuse it said Cornwell on it. I don't think yu can go wrong.

Remember too, the Cornwell man is an independent contractor. Like the Snap-on man. The Macman, unless they have changed, works for Mac Tools. The independent will work with you harder the a Co man.

My Cornwell tools are great, no regrets, and will keep buying them.

Quality is right up their with any of the rest.

Prices are a little cheaper than Snap-On or MAC, about the same as Matco.

Well I took the plunge and just dropped $10k approx. into the Cornwell tool truck. Everyone I've talked to about it says they are as good or better in some cases thasn the Snapon or Mac tools. They seemed to be the most bang for the buck.
