I just don't know if it is my imagination or if it is for real... ... ... When I run a ground wire from the battery negative to the a/c relay (blue and orange wire) to make my a/c work ( until I solve that problem), it seems like my truck is performing really great. The transmission stops hunting OD, feels like my power has increased, everything just seems better. Seems to me I've got a bad ground somewhere even though I have been through every connector and ground connection I can find to clean and use dielectric silcone. What are you all thinking ?

Thanks ! Jon

The ground wire from the battery is a 10 or 12 gage wire. The terminal on the end that bolts to the raditor support is setting on paint. Remove the bolt and sand the raditor support under it.

Then see what happens.

I went one step further... .

I removed the OEM ground wire and installed two 10 ga wires. I also found that with the OEM wire the voltage/amp draw through it is too high, espessially for extra lights. I discovered this one day working on Tugs-boat while leaning over the rad. support I burned by belly on that wire
