Cover of TDR issue #40

Could I ask a fellow member to post a picture of the cover of issue #40? I had moved during the time of my renewal and am not sure if I suscribed in time to get it. If I have it, it is in a box (somewhere) with the rest of my truck literature. If I see the cover I will know whether or not I did recieve it. TIA. -frank.
